Banana Chocolate Chip Pancake

Have some ripen banana? Make the yummiest banana pancake with some choco-chip. This recipe is easy and tasty for anyone to try. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and delicately flavored with the sweetness of the banana and vanilla.

Add some ripe banana to the pancake mix and get instant brunch. These pancakes have fewer ingredients than an average pancake, which means they can actually fuel you until lunchtime without any hassle. Just 6 ingredients, 1 bowl, and 15 mins to prepare a perfect breakfast or brunch meal.

Serve: 6 Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Total Time: 35 mins

Ingredients:

Pancake Batter

4 fully ripe banana

1 cup All-purpose flour/ Maida

2 tsp Vanilla Essence

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

Butter to fry

Milk if the batter is too thick

Garnish

Chocolate/ Maple Syrup

Banana

Choco chip

Let's get cooking

1. Choose a banana that is ripe. Peel it, put in the bowl and mash the banana in a chunky texture. Add the vanilla essence, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt. Fold all the ingredients gently. Do not over mix the batter as we need the batter little thick for a fluffy pancake.

2. To a pan, add butter and keep the gas on medium heat. Once the butter is melted, put the batter in the pan. Once it starts to cook, you will notice bubbles on the top and the bottom will get brown.

3. As the top looks brown and the edges crispy, flip it and let it cook on the other side too.

Serve it with chocolate/ maple syrup and some sliced bananas. Enjoy!
