Chicken Keema Pav

Keema or Kheema, a popular street food in India, is a powerful, peppery curry dish made with minced chicken or lamb cooked with onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and earthy spices! It is an Indian meal made of minced meat that is slow-cooked on medium heat. This dish is spicy and savory, with the added bonus of dinner rolls. Apart from their famous and beloved Anda Bhurji, Mumbaikars crave Kheema pav. It's one of their favorite breakfast dishes.

The word 'Kheema' is nothing but minced meat made with freshly ground or powdered Indian spices. This dish can be made with any choice of meat, chicken, lamb, or beef. Kheema can not only be eaten with dinner rolls/ laddi pav but you can use it in any Puff Pastry Sheets, make chicken samosa out of it or make my favorite Kheema Pizza and Chicken Burger Pattie.
