Mixing the all-purpose flour with the awesome taste of melted butter and chocolate chips and more chocolate piece. It'll amp up the chocolate flavor, making them taste even more decadent.

Ingredients:
Cookie Dough
Dry Ingredients:
2 cup All-purpose flour/ Maida
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup Granulated white sugar
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1 larger Egg
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Chocolate chip and chocolate chunks
Let's get cooking
1. In a bowl, whisk together the granulated white sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter in a smooth paste.
2. Add the vanilla essence and the egg and whisk it again till light ribbon-like consistency is formed.
3. To the wet ingredients, sift the flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in the mixture. To this dough add the chocolate chip and also for some added flavor by mixing in some chunks of dark chocolate.
4. Chill the cookie dough for around 30 mins so that it is easy to handle.
5. Preheat the oven to 300°F (180°C).
6. Scoop out the dough in a perfect and even size ball and leaving at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space between cookies and 2 inches (5 cm) of space from the edges of the pan so that the cookies can spread evenly. Put in some chocolate chip on the top.
7. Bake the cookie for 15-20 min or until the top is light brown and the chocolate chip is quite melted.
Serve it with warm milk or have it plain. Either way, enjoy the crunch!
