A French Toast is a perfect breakfast with all the basic ingredients. Make this with bread, egg, milk, sugar all in one dish that is caramelized in the nutty flavor of butter. Paired this with a bowl of fresh fruit, a few slices of bacon, and drizzle of maple syrup.

Serve: 4 Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins Total Time: 35 mins

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

8 medium Slice Bread

1 small Egg

2 tbsp Sugar

2 tsp Vanilla Essence

1/3 cup Milk

1/4 cup Butter

Garnish

Maple Syrup

Sugar

Almond

Fruits (Banana, Strawberry, Blueberry)

Let's get cooking

1. In a flat pie plate, whisk together egg, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk till the egg is mixed well with the rest of the ingredients. Add salt if preferred.

2. Dip the bread both the side and do not let the bread soak in the mixture.

3. In a skillet, add the butter and place the bread slice in the skillet and fry it on a medium-heat until both the sides are golden brown.

Serve it warm and pour on the maple syrup and some fruits if preferred.
