Serve: 4 Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Total Time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
4 large Eggs
8 slice Bread
4 slice Chicken Salami
4 slice Cheese
5 tbsp Pesto/ Green Chutney
1 tbsp Butter
Salt for taste
Garnish
Oregano
Peri Peri powder
Let's get started
1. In a pan, add some oil and fry the salami for extra flavor. Fry until there is a slight chard on the salami.
2. In a bowl, whisk the egg and add the salt for some flavor and to a non-stick pan add butter and pour in the egg and let it cook for few seconds. Place the slice of bread over the eggs and lightly press on the tops with a spatula for the egg to get stuck to bread properly.
3. Once the egg looks cooked on the bottom, flip the sandwich over (egg-side-up) and apply the pesto on one side, place the salami and cheese over half of your sandwich. Fold the sandwich together and and remove from heat.
Serve it hot while it is cheesy and with some hot coffee or tea.
