Ingredients:
Pesto Chicken
1/4 cup Pesto Sauce
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt as per taste
Toppings
Onion
Grated mozzarella
Mushroom
Bell pepper
Oregano
Let's get cooking:
Pesto Chicken
1. Clean and cut the chicken to bite size and marinate it with pesto paste that you made, lemon juice, pepper, and salt, for 30 minutes.
2. In a pan add olive oil, half fry the chicken (Do this only if you are not comfortable cooking chicken in the oven)
Pizza Assemble
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Spread pesto sauce on pizza crust.
3. Top with cooked chicken (mushrooms, bell pepper), and mozzarella.
4. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Now add the onion
5. Let cool 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!
Serve it hot with grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, and some freshly chopped coriander
