Ingredients:

Potato Hash

2 large Potatoes

1 medium Onion (finely chopped)

4 medium Garlic (finely chopped)

1 small Ginger (finely chopped)

3 medium Green Chilli (finely chopped)

1/2 tsp Oregano

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/4 cup Coriander

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

1 medium Egg (optional)

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan

1 tsp Salt as per taste

Garnish

Coriander

Grated Cheese

Tomato ketchup

Let's get cooking:

1. Peel and grate the potato. Wash the potato to remove the starch. In a bowl, put some water and to that add ice, take the grated potatoes and put it in the bowl for 3-4 mins.

2. Squeeze out the water from the potatoes and keep it aside. To a bowl, add the potatoes along with onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, black pepper, coriander, all-purpose flour, red chili powder and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients well.

3. In a pan, heat the oil on medium heat, make the potato mixture in a patties shape and once the oil is heated shallow fry the patties. Once you get a nice golden-brown color on side flip it to the other side and let it cook.

Serve it hot with grated Parmesan cheese, sauce, oregano and some freshly chopped coriander
