Spaghetti and meatballs are such a comfort food classic! Serve a classic Italian-inspired dish for dinner. The easy meatballs method will make you skip buying store-bought meatball for good. Whether you're serving adults or a family-friendly crew, this dish is a pitch-perfect crowd pleaser.
The meatballs is made from ground beef and Italian sausage served with a delicious marinara sauce onions, basil, and Parmesan. Along with a simple cook on the spaghetti noodles.

Ingredients:
Meatballs
1 pound ground beef (or even ground chicken if preferred)
1/2 pound fresh bulk Italian style pork sausage
1 large Onion (finely chopped)
4 medium Garlic (finely chopped)
1 small Ginger (finely chopped)
3 medium Green Chili (finely chopped)
1/3 cup Coriander
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 medium Egg
1 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt as per taste
Marinara Sauce
4 large Tomato
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Oregano
2 large Garlic
1 small Onion
1 tsp Salt
Pasta
1 1/2 pounds dry spaghetti, thin spaghetti, or bucatini
Garnish
Coriander
Grated Cheese
Oregano
Let's get cooking:
Meatballs
1. In a bowl mix the two types of meat along with onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, black pepper, coriander, a little salt for 2 - 3 mins. Wear hand gloves while mixing. Now add the eggs, olive oil, breadcrumbs, and cheese mix them together. Do not over-mix or the meatballs will be tough. Form 1-inch balls and let them rest for 15 mins.
2. In a pan, heat the oil on medium heat, add the meatballs according to the capacity of the pan. Do not over-crowd the pan. Fry the meatballs till they are brown in color. Once done remove them and add the other batch of meatballs and fry the same way.
Marinara Sauce
1. In a sauce-pan, boil the tomatoes until the skin peels off. Once cooled, peel the skin and put it in the blender along with garlic, olive oil, oregano, onion, and salt to taste.
2. In the sauce-pan, heat olive oil on low heat and add garlic to it. Once the garlic turns brown and pour in the blended paste and cook for 15 mins. Add water is needed.
3. Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook it for 5 min.
Pasta
1. In a pot, add water, salt, oil, and pasta and cook the pasta on high heat with a vigorous boil. Put a timer on for 8 to 10 minutes, or according to package directions for al dente pasta (cooked but still a little firm). Drain.
To Assemble
To serve, place a thin layer of sauce on the plate, add pasta, add sauce and meatballs, and then sprinkle with grated Parmesan-Romano cheese.
Serve it hot with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley cheese.
